Joana Metrass can prepare you to achieve your best in an audition.
She will work with you to determine your needs for a specific audition and prepare you through different exercises to a better approach to the character, creating a personalized approach to your specific needs that support you in your audition.
Joana Metrass has a BA degree in Acting by the Portuguese National Theater Conservatory and, throughout her career, she has never stop learning and seeking new methods to improve her skills. She studied in person with names such as William Esper (Meiser Technique), Lenard Petit (Michael Chekhov Studio) and Susan Cohen (Lee Starsberg), and has also attended an intensive course at the HB Studio in NY (Created by Utah Hagen, teacher/writer of the famous acting book “Respect for Acting”) as well as many other courses that can be seen on her Resume.
Joana Metrass has also auditioned and worked in theater, TV, film and commercials in Portugal, England and the US, being accustomed to working with many different methods and preferences.
